I was sad and bewildered a moment ago. But some things just come up and make things bearable again.
What is it with me and Saturday mornings?
I feel bad. and sad. and mad.
Why do people judge? and hold a grudge?
Oh, please.. I cannot appease. Do not tease.
That’s the trouble with me. You see?
I write, I don’t bite. I guess it’s alright.
I rhyme in no time. It’s no crime.
About the story..
I wrote COLOR ME LOVE a few years back. It was my second short story. (The first one wasn’t so short) And the story summed up a young love.. taken ever so easily as it was given.
My heart was filled with longing when i wrote this. There were so many what ifs in my mind at the time.
But now.. i presume i know better. People come and go. Each to serve a different yet essential role in our life. No matter what a person has done to or for you, it is not in your control. Everything goes as planned.
Now, what you want may not necessarily be what you need. So.. wait. Your story is being written. Don’t rush. Your love story will always be worth the wait.
I know that i am who i am now because of the people that came into and out of my life. For this, i am thankful.
Mistakes.. lead us to the right one. :))
